License and subscription access
Check first
Sign in to your account and open Account → Download. Your account access and active device count appear there. If Pro is active, download the installer and sign in on the desktop app. No manual key entry is needed.
Ask support when
Your device count is wrong after reinstalling on the same computer, the desktop app still shows Free even though your account shows Pro, or you've switched machines and need a device cleared. These issues need account-level access to resolve.
What to include
Use Account Support and include your account email and a description of the activation step that failed, for example, "I reinstalled and the app shows Free even though my account shows Pro active." Don't include payment details or private activation details in the message body.
