License and subscription access

Check first

Sign in to your account and open Account → Download. Your access code and active device count appear there. If Pro is active, download the installer and sign in on the desktop app — your license activates automatically at launch. No manual key entry is needed.

Ask support when

Your device count is wrong after reinstalling on the same computer, the access code shown in Account doesn't activate the desktop app, or you've switched machines and need a device cleared. These issues need account-level access to resolve.

What to include

Use Account Support and include your account email and a description of the activation step that failed — for example, "I reinstalled and the app shows Free even though my account shows Pro active." Don't include license keys or payment details in the message body.
