Password reset and account access
Check first
Use the Forgot password page to request a reset link. A code is emailed to your account address — check spam if it doesn't arrive within a few minutes. School email filters sometimes hold automated messages. Enter the code in the second form on that page to set a new password.
What resets
Only your Tabora account login password changes. Subscription status, access codes, billing history, and classroom data are unaffected. After resetting, sign in with your new password and your account will be exactly as you left it.
What stays local
Student records, grades, rosters, and lesson plans are stored on your device and never pass through the password reset flow. The reset only applies to your Tabora account login — your classroom data is never involved.
